Madlen Nicolaus was appointed Hexagon’s Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) in 2023, responsible for driving the company’s global marketing strategy in support of its mission to transform the world’s most vital industries with its measurement technologies and autonomous solutions.
Since 2025, she led a major end-to-end brand transformation across Hexagon – internally and externally – modernising the company’s visual identity and narrative, strengthening market differentiation, and aligning teams worldwide behind a unified, contemporary brand platform.
Nicolaus brings more than 20 years of marketing leadership experience across enterprise and consumer environments, having held senior roles at Salesforce, SAP and Kodak. Known for building high-performing teams and delivering integrated, global marketing strategies, she brings deep expertise in demand generation, pipeline acceleration, product marketing, and digital innovation.
