Chris Wan he/him

Chris Wan is an Australian Design Strategist based in Berlin. He is currently working for SPRIND on Germany’s EU Digital Identity Wallet project, where he engages future users and stakeholders to convert human insights into effective strategies for improving trust, understanding and adoption. Before diving into the world of digital identities, he worked on digital transformation at the German Bundestag, as well as customer experience projects in public transportation and mobility infrastructure for the Australian state of New South Wales. During this time, he was also co-chair of the Emerging Mobility Leaders for the Public Transport Association Australia and New Zealand.
